Морские пехотинцы-геи выступают против женщин в армии США Чудной мультур
Организация по защите прав морских пехотинцев-геев в армии США Semper Pink («Всегда розовые») распространила заявление, в котором выступает против принятия на службу женщин.
Организация называет эти планы «оскорблением тем спартанским ценностям, которые ценят морские пехотинцы». Солдаты-геи считают, что присутствие женщин «повредит близости, интимности и братству, которые несет с собой жизнь морского пехотинца».
Официальный представитель организации, сержант Джеймс Вагнер, одетый в футболку с принтом «Я держу свое подразделение подальше от женщин, поэтому держите женщин подальше от моего подразделения», заявил, что если позволить женщинам служить в морской пехоте, это заставит солдат-геев мириться с тем образом жизни, против которого они протестуют.
